Absolutely the best workouts! I have been going to the studio for over 11 years, and this studio and the instructors are still challenging me…by that I mean, the workouts are never the same, and I love the fact by body is still reacting by getting stronger. The instructor are educated and really know how to assist you with your goals. I not only love the workouts. I love the community of women who truly support each other!

I just feel so much better!

As I have gotten a little older, I have found that my body wasn’t as responsive to my workouts as it used to be and I was having lots of trouble with my knees and feet. I was also unhappy with how I felt and looked even though I was working out on a regular basis. When a friend suggested I try Sun and Moon Fitness. I was assuming it would be another twist on some kind of workout I had already tried. Boy, was I wrong! My body no longer aches in a bad way after my workouts. My muscles are getting stronger, my posture is so much better, and I have lots more energy. Since joining Sun and Moon Fitness my body has completely changed and I just feel so much better!

Molly France

Molly loves the energy of group fitness classes and helping people reach their goals! She discovered her passion for teaching over a lifetime of dance and love for Pilates, and now holds 6 years of teaching experience, a BASI Pilates 500-hour Certificate, and a Volee Certification. Molly believes her students are strong, fierce people - come show her what you’re made of!

Rachel Kowal

Rachel’s education includes a BS in Exercise Science. She discovered her love for group fitness while attending her very first class. Rachel has 15 years experience in Personal Training and 10 years experience teaching group fitness. In addition to her classes at Sun and Moon Fitness, she trains older adults in their homes, and she teaches as a graduate assistant at NIU while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.
